Marion brings over 25 years of consulting and executive search experience, advising boards and senior leadership teams on their most critical talent and succession challenges.

She is the Founder and Managing Director of Board+CEO Advisors, a boutique firm specialized in executive search, succession planning, and board advisory.

Marion’s career spans global strategy consulting and top-tier executive search. She began her professional journey in top management consulting with A.T. Kearney and Booz Allen Hamilton (today strategy&), where she advised leading international companies on corporate strategy, transformation, and organizational development. In 2002, she transitioned into leadership consulting and academia, founding The Leadership Institute and serving as Senior Lecturer at FH Joanneum, where she taught strategy, leadership, and talent management.

She went on to spend more than 18 years in senior leadership roles in executive search and board advisory at Kienbaum Consultants and Korn Ferry. In these roles, she advised multinational corporations, family-owned businesses, and public institutions on executive search, board succession, and leadership development across the DACH region.

Marion has successfully led numerous CEO and board-level search mandates and is recognized for her expertise in Industrial Manufacturing, Consumer & Retail, Technology, Professional Services, and the Public Sector.
