For more than 25 years, I’ve advised organizations on their most pressing leadership challenges. I began my career in strategy consulting, drawn to solving complex business problems. Over time, I realized the most decisive factor for any strategy is people. That led me to executive search, board advisory and succession, where I bring these perspectives together and where my passion lies today.
I founded Board+CEO Advisors to bring clients the best of both worlds: the professional standards of global search firms and the partnership, dedication and personal commitment of a boutique.
It is my strong belief that exceptional organizations don’t just need strategies — they need the right leaders to bring them to life. My work is about understanding what makes a business unique, then finding those rare individuals who can shape its future.
What sets me apart is my ability to combine strategic insight with a people-centric lens. I’ve developed a strong intuition for spotting leaders who not only fit a role but can truly transform an organization, and the structured methodologies to make objective assessments and recommendations.
