Finding the Spark
What I love most, and what I am looking for? Seeing that "spark in the eyes", making their eyes shine! Not the candidate who merely nods and coolly says, "well yes, could be an interesting role", but someone who practically jumps out of their chair shouting: "I absolutely LOVE what you're building here and can't wait to be part of it!"
You just can't fake that kind of enthusiasm. And honestly, when I see that spark meet a company culture that fans those flames, and when both candidate and company feel that perfect fit... well, that's when I know we've struck gold!
